A lover of great coffee, Bob especially enjoys sharing a cup with his wife, Kathy. They have been married for over thirty years and have five grown children: Christina, David, Casey, John and Ana.

An ordained minister, Bob has a two masters degrees and has been accepted to a Doctorate of Ministry program. He and Kathy both grew up in Florida. Bob spent most of his adult life in establishing new ministry and service organizations in the non-profit sector. Kathy is an Occupational Therapist with the school system.

Bob and Kathy are the founders of DeafYouth Ministries. Bob serves as the president of this national ministry to Deaf teenagers. Through an innovative partnership, Deaf Teen Quest (begun by Bob and Kathy) is now a ministry of Youth for Christ/USA in partnership with DeafYouth Ministries. Bob serves as the national director of Deaf Teen Ministry for Youth for Christ/USA. DeafYouth Ministries also began a church-based ministry association in partnership with Deaf Missions called Deaf Teen Connect.
