A lover of great coffee, Bob especially enjoys sharing a cup with his wife, Kathy. They have been married for over thirty years and have five grown children: Christina, David, Casey, John and Ana.

An ordained minister, Bob has a two masters degrees and is in a Doctorate of Ministry program. He and Kathy both grew up in Florida. Bob spent most of his adult life in establishing new ministry and service organizations in the non-profit sector. He and Kathy are the founders of DeafYouth Ministries. Bob serves as the president of this national ministry to Deaf teenagers called Deaf Teen Quest (DTQuest, DTQ) and through an innovative partnership, DTQuest is now a ministry of Youth for Christ/USA. Through this strategic alliance, Bob serves as the National Liaison for Deaf Teen Ministry for Youth for Christ/USA.
