A lover of great coffee, Bob especially enjoys sharing a cup with his wife, Kathy. They have been married for over thirty years and have five grown children: Christina, David, Casey, John and Ana.

An ordained minister, Bob has a two masters degrees and is in a Doctorate of Ministry program. He and Kathy both grew up in Florida. Bob spent most of his adult life in establishing new ministry and service organizations in the non-profit sector. He and Kathy are the founders of DeafYouth Ministries. Bob serves as the president of this national ministry to Deaf teenagers. Through an innovative partnership, DTQuest is now a ministry of Youth for Christ/USA in partnership with DeafYouth Ministries. Bob serves as the national director of Deaf Teen Ministry for Youth for Christ/USA.
